- Education: At least a diploma/degree in Marketing or equivalent qualification.
- Computer Skills: Possess advanced computer skills, especially in desktop computing.

Responsibility
- Management and Coordination: Responsible for managing and coordinating all marketing, advertising, and promotional personnel and activities to ensure effective teamwork and collaboration.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify market needs and trends, understand the needs and preferences of the target customers, and provide foundational data for developing marketing strategies.
- Competitive Analysis: Analyze customer research, current market conditions, and competitor information to evaluate competitive advantages and market positioning, providing support for developing effective marketing plans.
- Marketing Planning and Execution: Develop and implement marketing plans and activities, including positioning strategies, market promotion strategies, product pricing strategies, etc., to facilitate brand promotion and sales growth.
- Platform Expansion: Develop and expand marketing platforms, including online and offline channels, social media platforms, etc., to increase brand awareness and market influence.
- Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor, review, and report on all marketing activities and outcomes, analyze data and metrics, evaluate marketing effectiveness, and make timely adjustments to strategies and plans.
- Budget Management: Determine and manage marketing budgets, allocate resources reasonably, and ensure marketing activities are conducted within the agreed budget range.
