Executive Assistant to 2 Global Directors
Globally renowned investment firm
Tel Aviv (Centre)
You will:
- Schedule extensive internal and external meetings, often complex and time critical
- Manage 2 hectic calendars with many last minute changes
- Organise international travel, visas and foreign currency for regular trips
- Manage expenses
- Build up relationships and liaise regularly with other international offices
- Manage client interactions and CRM database
- Manage and produce to the highest standard both email and written correspondence
Your skill set will include:
- Excellent English and Hebrew
- At least 4 years administrative/EA experience
- Experience gained in global corporate environment and an understanding of global culture
- A positive, professional, solutions-focused attitude which allows for effective communication in English and in Hebrew with high profile clients and stakeholders
- A mature, calm and capable demeanour
Job Type: Full-time - 4 days in the office, 1 day from home
Salary: Up to 20,000 NIS + benefits - DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE
