The Conflicts Analysts at Harris Beach are responsible for performing research and preparing conflicts search reports. The conflicts department is in search of a highly motivated, detail-orientated individual to join their team! You will THRIVE in this role if you have:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience working in a law firm conflicts department that utilizes Intapp (strongly preferred) or equivalent conflicts software
  • Working knowledge of professional responsibility and legal ethics rules pertaining to conflicts
  • Strong interpersonal, written, verbal communication skills
  • A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
The team is in search of an independent, decisive critical thinker that will efficiently manage multiple tasks and projects while providing an accurate work product in a high-volume, fast paced work environment. Do you have the DRIVE and DESIRE to:

  • Define effective search strategies and conduct conflicts searches for new business and potential lateral matters. Analyze, articulate and communicate search results to firm attorneys, including the identification and suggested resolution of potential conflicts
  • Perform comprehensive corporate research using online databases to accurately determine corporate affiliations and relationships
  • Work collaboratively with conflicts team, firm attorneys and professional staff to aid in conflicts resolution

Salary information below will vary depending upon relevant experience for the position and geographic locations. The anticipated weekly schedule for the Conflicts Analyst is 38.75 hours per week.
