Salary Range: 70,000 - 85,000, exempt postion

Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic, energetic individual to join our HR team. Successful candidate will execute full cycle recruiting, onboarding, for the organization, using centralized HRIS/ATS. Along with achieving staffing objectives by recruiting and evaluation job candidates, providing weekly updates to upper management, hosting job fairs and training. Individual will possess excellent interpersonal skills, is organized and detail-oriented, remains up-to date with employment processes. They would work with other Executive staff and Managers on hiring needs across the organization. Our ideal candidate for this role is a detail-oriented, organized professional who can easily recognize talent. The position will report to the HR-Manager in Redmond WA.
Essential Functions: Include but are not limited to:
- Full cycle recruiting including full understanding of the talent acquisition policy.
- Source candidates using a variety of search methods.
- Facilitate the offer process, new hire paperwork, i9 completion.
- Manage open requisitions and provide weekly, monthly, and annual report.
- Conduct all interview process with high degree of professionalism and ensure competitive hiring processes are being followed.
- Ability to travel within the company and assist on hiring needs.
- Understand the job market and conduct market analysis (income and wages).
- Familiar with Montana, Oregon, and Washington state employment laws and Manufacturing be in compliant with all regulation
